began his mortgage-banking career in 1983. His years of
experience as a loan officer have resulted in the kind of

many ways. He was chosen as one of the top 50 producing loan
officers nationwide by Mortgage Originator Magazine, the
nation’s leading Mortgage Banking publication. From first time
homebuyers to clients purchasing million dollar homes, his first
concern is finding the financial option that best suits that
client’s situation and goals. Mark has arranged financing for
over 7000 families, lending more than $750 million (almost ¾
billion), resulting in countless referrals! With the help of
his assistants and support staff, Mark’s team has been able to
provide the best service in the mortgage banking industry,
providing his clients with the lowest interest rates and closing
costs.

top producing loan officer. Mark resides in Dellwood, Minnesota
with his wife Peggy and their daughter Mandy and son Michael.

Mortgage Planner/Senior Loan Officer
Matt
entered the mortgage banking industry in 1991. Since then he has
helped thousands of families attain the American dream of home
ownership. All aspects of the mortgage loan process are important,
but Matt’s biggest concern is “you” as his client. This is the
reason that so many of Matt’s clients continue to return to him for
their financial needs. According to Matt, “I want the experience of
working with me to be enjoyable and rewarding. A client that feels
their wants and needs were met will refer their family and friends,
I understand that.” Matt’s outstanding production and numerous
awards can be traced back to one thing – Excellent Service. Along
with his team of assistants and support staff, Matt continues that
service. Matt lives in Maplewood with his wife, Jennifer and their
three children, Ben, Grace and Alexander. |

Lisa Pratt
Transaction Coordinator/Personal
Assistant
Lisa Pratt brings 20 years of mortgage banking
experience to the team. If mortgage banking were a football game
Lisa would be the Most Valuable Player. Lisa’s job is to oversee
all the intricate details of the transaction to assure a
successful closing with no unpleasant surprises.
As Mark and
Matt ’s personal assistant, Lisa is the glue that holds the team
together. Her oversight and hands on commitment makes your
mortgage transaction completely stress free.
Lisa lives in Stillwater with her husband Warren and her daughter
Melissa. |

Gina Knoespel
Loan Analyst
Gina is an experienced mortgage
professional who has processed and closed thousands of
loans. She has worked in the mortgage banking industry
since 1983. Gina will be processing, underwriting and
closing your financing. Her job is to make sure that all
the needed documentation is received and acceptable before
closing Her knowledge and attention to detail assures you,
the client, a successful transaction.

Susan Lightner
Application Specialist
Susan is one of your first contacts. She
will gather your information and start a file for you. With
an extensive background in customer service, you’ll find
that her gentle manner and professional demeanor will put
you at ease and make this process an enjoyable experience.
Susan helps you begin the journey towards your financial
goal. She lives in Vadnais Heights with her husband,
Bruce. They have two grown children, Kelly and Marty.

Michele Heimerl
Marketing
Michele is our Marketing Specialist. She
is the one who puts Mark and Matt’s thoughts and ideas into
action. Michele makes sure that all past and present
clients are updated via mailings and she is the first voice
you will hear when you call us. She brings twenty-five
years of customer service experience to the team and is the
one who initiates and carries out the many projects that
make our office run more efficiently. Michele lives in
White Bear Township with her husband, Russ and their two
daughters, Katrina and Kelsey. |
